Amazing fruit compote. Marinade fruit, creme de casis and Sugar for 20min. Boil fruit with Creme de Casis. Remove fruit and continue slow boiling juice. Mix back with fruit, refrigerate and serve over yogurt or ice cream
Barefoot Contessa - Recipes - Italian Plum Tart. This is so delicious with the plums from our tree! The picture in the pin does not do this justice. I used at least 1 pound plums, halved the creme de casis and added vanilla. Next time I will make it in a tart pan.
