Au Gratin Pearl Onions. Update: I made these with potatoes included and they were divine! I never thought onions could be this delicious. Everyone raved about them. They were soft but still had a slight crunch. Just wonderful. It's a keeper!

Raise temp to 450. Sprinkle each wParmesan cheese.Cover dish with foil and return to the oven for another 20 no foil
