Corn & Crab Bisque 1 stick of butter 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 qt half-n-half 1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup 1/2 tsp Worcestershire 2 Tbs flour 1 lb crab meat or 2 cans 3 cans cream of corn Tabasco to taste 1 tsp Beazell's Cajun Seasoning Sub 1 lb of shrimp or crawfish instead of crab. Crawfish bisque. Pour 2 cans cream of potato soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained), one stick of butter cut into pieces, 4 oz cream cheese, 1 pint halfhalf, 1 pkg frozen crawfish meat - thawed, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper into crock pot and simmer for ~3 hours. This is my family's Christmas Eve dinner! So easy and so good.
