My spray paint just bubbled and cracked, and I’m freaking out.  What did I do wrong?

Fixing bubbles or cracks in spray paint finish. Dry completely, sand out, prime area with oil-based primer like Zinsser spray. Dry completely and repaint area.

Spray painted with primer, then acrylic paint w/crackle medium and decoupage w/paper roses. Could use napkins or scrapbook paper. The possibilities are endless.
