Jeremy Paul, hornets made a nest in the ground in my front yard and as I wondered how to deal with that, a badger showed up at midnight and dug up and ate the hornet's nest. It took him two nights but he got every last one. I love nature!

Artwork by Lisa Kokin - Lost River - with incorporate text from Lost River Buckaroos, a cowboy novel from the 1930s. The fragile ephemerality of the leaves stands in sharp contrast to the violence contained in the text.
