Corn Casserole -  I can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c milk 2 eggs 1 16 oz can whole kernel corn, drained 1 8 ox pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese 1 c french fried onions Combine soup, milk & eggs with whisk. Stir in the corn, corn muffin mix, cheese, and 1/2 cup onions. Pour the mixture into an 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until the mixture is hot and cooked through. Top with the remaining onions. Bake 5 minutes or onions are golden brown
