Continental AG was founded in Hanover 1871. Continental is the fourth largest manufacturer of tyres in the world with more than 40 tyre factories and test tracks around the world. Continental has the vision of making individual travel safer, more comfortable and sustainable. Continental has many prestigious collaborations within the automotive industry, such as with Dailmer-Benz and Porsche.

Continental is entering value-territory after its 30% correction - Continental AG is one of the world’s largest tire manufacturers, but few people know the company is also involved in other parts of the automotive supply chain, as Continental generates in excess of 73% of its revenue from other sources (with chassis and powertrain divisions contributing a large part of the total revenue). Continental is trading in Germany with CON as its trading symbol.
