Uk based design and interiors blogger, Cate St. Hill found her favourite new colour in Inchyra Blue as it reminded her of swirling, murky waters, rough seas, nightfall and lightly dullened blue linen. She created her moodboard by bringing together a combination of wild landscapes, a selection of earthy, slightly boho interiors, and touches of natural textures beautifully aged with time all to connect back to nature.
5. Socialize. Being stuck in your head, worrying and fretting about some imagined and feared future event is the ultimate form of withdrawal. By putting your focus on someone else, it engages your mind with a new activity & gives you perspective beyond yourself. When you connect, it broadens your perspective and helps draw you back into the rhythm of life.
Making potions is an all time favourite. and so easy to do, Plastic bottles and funnels and plenty of water and powder paint or food colouring. This activity can cover almost every area of development in the Eyfs. What would make it even more exciting is if it was cooked up in the mud kitchen!! Role play, counting, measuring, colour recognition, language development, explaining and planning what to do next, sharing and many many more great learning opportunities :) v x
