Corn dip - cold Corn Dip 3 cans of Green Giant Mexican Corn (11 oz drained) 1 can of green chilies (4 oz) 1 bag of Mexican cheese (7 oz or 1 ¾ c) 1 bundle of green onions 1 cup of sour cream 1 cup of mayo ¼ of a cup of jalapenos (or less if its too spicy!)
Mexicorn Dip Angie Riggs's amazing mexicorn dip. Sooo good! 1 square cream cheese softened. I cup sour cream. 1cup mayonnaise. Cream these together first. Add: 2 cans rotel (I mostly drain them so not so soupy) . 2 cans mexi corn drained. 6 green onions sliced small. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Mix altogether and enjoy:) Serve cold or hot with tortilla chips or Fritos. So good! Thank you Angie!!!!
