Coffee filter Fan-- Cut coffee filter in half, then cut out center. Use flat circle part as guide for cutting out center. Decorate fan with markers. Traditionally Japanese and Chinese fans have flowers on them. Turn coffee filter over, glue on your craft sticks in order from one side to the other. Glue them onto the coffee filter and on top of each other in the center of your fan.
