Bright Breakfast Nook A birdcage chandelier gives nod to the waterfowl associated with the beach. Bamboo chairs and a solid mahogany table bring natural touches, while a blue cotton area rug and sheer white draperies refresh the space.
A beautiful California scene captured by my palette knife with a lot of texture, movement and reflective light. This original painting works well in a bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway or office. The coastal color palette and textured style fits in well with many decorating styles. This house is beautiful enough to be a show house but is not sterile in any way shape or form.. The only point I would change would be to not have blinds above the Cafe Style plantation shutters. A statement like shutters should be on there own.If privacy was an issue maybe going for the tier-on-tier style shutter (shutters in which the bottom tier and top tier work independently of eachother) would have been a better option.
