Decorative shelf. Cemented and grouted 16 cent white tiles from Home Depot. Then used ModPodge to glue squares of scrapbook paper to the tiles. Sealed it all with Rustoleum Clear Coat Spray Paint. I made this for a cabinet in my bathroom.

Use a Tolsby frame to display your Instagram hashtag…This frame was spray-painted gold and written on with a white paint pen. Spary paint a pastel colour though. Maybe mint?

What you’ll need: -Any pair of flats, canvas shoes, or loafers -Mod Podge (available at craft stores) -Glitter (gold, silver, etc.) -Newspaper & a plate or bowl -Foam brushes or paint brushes -Clear coat spray paint (to make sure the glitter stays on!) First, you’ll want to stuff newspaper down into the shoe so that no glitter or glue gets inside! I removed the laces from my shoes also, just to make sure they didn’t get all gunked up. Pour some of the mod podge onto a plate or into a bowl…

COFFEE TABLE UPDATE: sand old wood furniture, do first coat of stain (following stain directions), lay lace on DRY stain and spray paint over the top (I used a metallic paint "Nickel" to give it some shine) then do the second coat of stain over the spray paint after it is dry. Don't forget to WIPE OFF stain after it has sat for a few minutes...restaining over a light color spray paint will make everything coordinate to the same color palette, clear coat and done! by uniquelyhillary
