Classroom chair covers: I bought three 4' X 12' canvas drop cloths from Harbor Freight for around $7 each (makes 32). I cut them into 18" X 24" rectangles. I took 16 of those rectangles and cut THOSE in half for the pocket. I folded the big rectangles in half (right sides together) after sewing on the small ones to make a pocket. I stitched the sides and turned it right side out. Finished size is roughly 12" X 16".

Knowing the positive experiences students have had sitting on exercise balls (but knowing my type A personality can't handle 20 balls rolling around the classroom), this idea created a way for the ball to be stationary.
