Class motto

Coming back from winter back in January, I knew I needed something to start off the 3rd quarter positively and begin each day on a cheerful note. We now read our class motto (a quote from Rita Pierson) every morning after the bell rings. They also take turns "leading" the reading of our motto. My kiddos feel so empowered and pumped for the day after reading it together- it's amazing (P.S. I think this poster is a way to teach kids about working with one another. When kids first get into school they usualy have a hard time working with others so this explains to them why it is important to work together.

Team Player: Voted "Most Social" in school, it still holds true today. I've always loved meeting new people and have never had a problem collaborating with people of all kinds. As the saying goes, Together Everyone Achieves More :)
