Cinnamon Ice cream ½ cup sugar 1 can sweetened condensed milk 2 eggs, beaten 2t vanilla extract 2c half pinch salt 2t ground cinnamon Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into an ice cream maker & prepare to the ice cream maker’s instructions. When the ice cream has reached a soft-serve consistency, pour into a 13×9 metal pan. Cover w/foil & place in the freezer for 4hrs to firm.
