Dark chocolate covered raisins made with dark chocolate, unsweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and raisins. Just melt the chocolate, then stir in the milk, then vanilla, then raisins and drop into wax paper!
Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans- 1/2 c. roasted coffee beans (or espresso beans), 1 c. dark chocolate chips, wax paper--- Heat chocolate in saucepan until melted. Stir in coffee beans until coated. Lift gently with fork and place on wax paper. Let cool and freeze 4-5 hours. Remove with a knife and store in airtight container.
