Chef Mark Hix is arranging an Oyster Evening (at HIX Oyster & Chop House) on Tuesday February 26 co-hosted with Wright Brothers’ Robin Hancock and taking you through a menu that celebrates oysters from the British Isles. To accompany this fabulous seasonal oyster menu, John Hutton of Fields Morris Verdin has paired some great Champagne and Chablis’ to accompany each oyster.
