Celebrating Chinese New Year ~ by ©EpicureanPiranha ~ Following starters of pot sticker dumplings, I served a fragrant "Vietnamese-style lemongrass chicken" dish from chef Ken Hom, with spicy "Curried Prawn Noodles" based on a recipe from "What's Cooking - Chinese" by Jenny Tracy. For the noodles, I was generous with the prawns, spices and fresh chili; used Chinese wheat noodles instead of rice sticks; and used "Chinese Bar-B-Q pork" instead of ham.
