Charles Warner. Warner raped and murdered 11-month-old Adrianna Waller in 1997. She had a six-inch skull fracture, a broken jaw, three broken ribs, bruised lungs and a lacerated liver and spleen. Warner was convicted and sentenced to death in 1999. He was moved to death row on August 4, 2003. After being incarcerated for a total of 17 years, On January 15 2015 at the age of 46, Warner was executed by lethal injection.
