Charles County, MD -- home of Edward Cochram (born June 7, 1748), who moved to Franklin, VA by 1810. Edwards's dad, Nathan, lived his whole life in Maryland. Since he was in Charles County in 1748, it's easy to suppose he was from this area, too. Nathan passed away in 1778. His namesake, Nathan, was born in 1770, in Virginia.
