Structure 5, the Toltec style pyramid in Tazumal, in Chalchuapa, El Salvador. Also known as La Campana or the bell, it was constructed at the end of the Classic Maya period in 900AD, and then reconstructed and covered by concrete in the 40's and now being restored. This pyramid faces a large game court, and as such likely represents the main structure of Tazumal
Tazumal is an archaeological site located in Chalchuapa, a city in western El Salvador. The site contains a massive temple in the middle with smaller buildings all around. All of the buildings face west. This place looks fun and all of the old artifacts rescued from the site would be cool to see. I would also go to use the zipline that runs from the top of the temple to the ground.
