Easy Tortellini Salad   2 (19 ounce) bags frozen cheese, tortelinni 1 lb frozen baby peas 2 celery ribs, diced 3 green onions, diced 1/2 green or red peppers. Ranch dressing 1 cup cheddar cheese (opt). Directions Boil your frozen tortellini in salted water until they pop up to the surface or desired doneness. Drain pasta , rinse in cold water, allow to drain again. Add all veggies. Top with Ranch salad dressing.
