3 large Cucumbers   • 12 ounces low fat sour cream   • 1 large clove chopped garlic   • 3 tablespoon very finely chopped red onion   • 4 ounces caviar   • Freshly ground cracked black pepper and scant salt to taste

Deviled eggs with caviar: Hard boil 8 large eggs (at least a week old), cut in half and remove yolks. Chill. Mash yolks, add 2 tbs mayonnaise, 2 tbs sour cream, 2 tsp lemon juice and salt. Fill whites with the mixture; sprinkle generously with chives and some lemon zest. Cover and refrigerate. Spoon cold caviar over before serving. | Linda on whatscookingamerica
