Beef Snack Sticks - I have used this recipe with great success - (Not the link on the pic) http://www.dakotahsausagestuffer.com/Articles.asp?ID=363 * We don't even grind the meat/fat any more, just buy lean hamburger, because it is the right ratio of meat-fat. I'm serious! Let me know if you try the Dakota recipe - we double the spices, too, and just use sugar instead of the corn syrup solids. We also add a bunch of mustard seed. We have an electric smoker.

Canning Corn. If you have never tried home-canned corn, you don't know what you're missing! I haven't canned corn in years but when I did, it was the BEST I ever had. So sweet and crispy....everyone should try it...at least once.

Roasted Corn Salsa - this looks delish but I wouldn't waterbath as suggested - it needs to be pressure canned because of the quantity of low acid corn

Pressure Canning Corn--I home canned corn for the first time in 2014. While I still freeze some corn still on the cob, I will never go back to freezing the yearly supply of corn instead of canning it.
