A friend in my mom's club shared this dessert idea in a post about good campfire recipes. We don't have a fire pit and we're not going cam.

Campfire Bananas!!  Take a banana, peel just one strip down, cut a groove in the banana, fill the groove with chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, peanut butter etc.. then put the peel back in place, wrap with tinfoil and put in the fire until its an ooey gooey treat!

inside the foil is a banana (peel on but peeled back to fill) stuffed w/marshmallows, dark chocolate bits, and peanut butter.roast on the camp fire then remove contents to a plate
