3. SEATED CALF RAISE This is another very simple exercise for calves that you can do at home, at your desk at the office, or at the gym. At the gym, there’s a weighted machine for this, so we’ll skip that description. At the office or at home, sit straight in a chair with your knees bent and your feet touching the floor.
