Three layers of vanilla sponge, filled with dark chocolate ganache & my favourite peanut butter choc chip fudge. Frosted with caramel Swiss meringue buttercream & finished with a raspberry ganache drip.
Layers of chocolate brownie & caramel mudcake, filled with Nutella fudge, crushed honeycomb, Maltesers, crushed butterscotch caramels & covered in a salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream. Topped with all things crunchy, caramelly & chocolatey!
To decorate it, ice with purple dyed buttercream, then layer on fondant and smooth. While moist, press on sprinkles around base. then add ball on top. Drizzle blue dyed melted chocolate over ball. While wet, lightly add sprinkles and cone.
