Leek & Caerphilly crumble tart I made this with Wensleydale as couldn't find caerphilly. Very nice. I made it in a 25.5 cm tin. Mixture came to top of pastry case. Too much topping! Probably cut quantity in half. But will definitely make again - very popular with everyone who ate it!
