Use a silicon brush and a small bowl with a couple tbsp of olive oil. Dip the brush, lightly coat the cabbage on all sides. Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice. My note: I am sure these are good for you but calling it a STEAK is just wrong.
Garlicky roasted cabbage steaks with a hint of fennel. I served it over a buttnernut, red rice, pine nut basil stir fry, with a dalop of homemade houmous I made with olive oil I brought back from Peru! It was really good, but *NOTE* I would cut down the salt quite a bit if I were to make it again. The cabbage crispy bits were delsih like cabbage chips!!
