We love cornbread, and with this recipe for mini herb, green olive & buttermilk cornbreads we've made it even better. They're really easy to make, are ready in under an hour but look really impressive.
Scottish oatcakes. These are the standard measurements I use: 3 cups old fashioned oats,1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 cup boiling water (buttermilk tastes better), 3 tbs butter, 1/2 tsp salt. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 20 minutes.
