I like the fact that the light being over her eyelashes that then shadow onto her face. I dislike the fact that the shadow from her eyelashes is too long.
The models middle parting creates a line of symmetry, which creates a balance in the photo. The light behind her makes the model stand out and pushes your focus right to her face
