Metta meditation feels great and is very easy to get started on. Good at weeding out interpersonal traumas and emotional triggers. Can change your baseline disposition to be more pleasant, friendly and welcoming to other people.
We can not defeat hate and ignorance and bluster and bullying with hate. We have to fight it, but we have to fight it peacefully, lovingly.
