Slow Cooker Clotted Cream Fudge Here's what you need: 275g sugar 100g golden syrup 270g clotted cream 1 tsp. vanilla extract Method: 1) Add the sugar, golden syrup, clotted cream and vanilla extract to the slow cooker pot and mix together 2) Put on low heat, cook for 4 hours 3) Remove from heat 4) Beat together for 10-15 minutes until mixture is very thick 5) Add to paper-lined tray and fold in half. 6) Refrigerate until solid.

Iced Party Rings from James Morton's How Baking Works. These biscuits are my favourite and a good opportunity to show off a basic hybrid biscuit dough. This is definitely not a shortbread, but it isn’t a cookie either. If you’re not a fan of the crumbly texture of shortbread, you can use this same mix to make jammy dodgers, custard creams or empire biscuits.
Lemon Cake in a Mug: Put 1 small egg in mug & stir well with fork. Add 4 T milk, 3 T oil, 2 T lemon juice, 4 T sugar & mix well. Add 4 T flour & 1 t baking powder. Stir til smooth. Microwave for 3 min.
