4 racks of ribs oiled with extra virgin olive oil and battered with a homemade Kansas City rub (online recipe). Use it for EVERYTHING like RIBS,pulled pork, beef brisket are just a few. It taste SOOO good. We smoke them on a Brinkman smoker. Try it some time, because your sure to love it.
My favorite smoker is Brinkman. I won a Brinkman smoker back in the '80s as a gift from Avon. I had always barbecued. But, when I began smoking, the flavor was so delightful. I precook meat before I barbecue grill. With the smoker, I don't have to do that. I like to use peach wood or some fruity wood, but I do also use hickory. The flavor is unbelievable, the meat falls off the bone (literally).
You love smoked meats. Then you will love a smoked sirloin roast. The best part of a sirloin roast is after smoking you can cut into sirloin steaks and sear over a hot charcoal fire for a wonderful flavor combination.
