Sausage Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole- I used this as a model because I didn't have all ingredients on hand. I used 1.5 lbs hash browns, sautéed Italian sausage with 1/2 cup diced green pepper, used only 5 eggs and 3/4 cup milk, decreased cheese, in egg mix, to 3/4 cup Italian blend and used mozzarella cheese on top. I also increased to 400 for a quicker cook time. My changes made a great casserole so I'm sure the original recipe is going to be delicious!
