Campfire Low Country Boil: in 8inch (double up) pan, loads 4 ears of corn, cut around pan edge, fill middle with 10 small red taters quartered, slice up beef smoked sausage (to liking), 1/2lb shrimp (deshelled & veined). Add I can of chicken broth and Cajun seasoning to taste. Cover tightly and put on campfire (directly over coals or in coals) for 40-50 mins. ENJOY!
