Moroccan lamb: I loved cooking this 'cos of how simple it is. I had intended to serve with cous cous - it comes out too dry for rice - but I'd run out (actually I mistook a bag of lentils for cous cous so didn't buy any extra). I ended up boiling some potatoes and adding them in at the end to make a kind of stew, which worked very well.

This recipe can be made in 14 minutes or under depending on what rice you choose to serve this with. I always use either boil in the bag basmati rice or microwave rice as my rice cooking skills leave a lot to be desired!

1 Pot -20 Minute Easy "paella" - 1 pot, less

"paella" 70g chorizo, 1 bag of frozen prawns 1 red pepper, green pepper, 100g rice 1 can tinned tomato 1 tbs tomato puree 500ml boiling water 1 - fry the chopped chorizo in the pot for 3 minutes 2 - throw in the peppers for 1 minute 3 - add the boiling water, rice and tomato puree, mix around a bit, then cover the pot with a lid and leave to simmer on a medium heat for 13 minutes - giving it a stir every now and again. 4- fling in the prawns for the final 3 minutes 5- nom-nom-nom
