Full body circuits done. Two circuits repeated twice. One consisting of 10 burpees 30 bicycle abs 15 squat and press and 15 squat taps. Repeated this circuit for 7 minutes and took a 1 minute break. Then did circuit two consisting of 15 goblet squats 15 kettlebell sumo squats with upright row 15 kettlebell swings and 10/arm dumbbell squat clean and press. Took another one minute break and repeated circuits one and two again each for 7 minutes and 1 minute break between. I was whooped. #npc…
