Extreme Ab Workout ( bodyrock dailyhiit ) - modified by adding a straight leg ab lift on the stability ball - did all 5 exercises for each, 5 sec rest - 4 times through - definitely a burn, but I wonder if it worked my lower abs enough
3.5.12 Did this last night. It was fabulous but I was disappointed in my scores. (A bit flat since 2 weeks ago.) I feel so much stronger but no weight loss. :( I will keep pushing. I'm changing my habits and feeling more energetic and generally healthier. I just wish I could loose some stinking weight!!!!
