I like this one for the strong contrast between the Red And the White Light. It also appears that one lane is busier than the other, this is perhaps due to the relative Strength of the White light against the Red. However it did inspire me to look for unbalanced traffic flows in my Light trails. I included two examples of light trails in my Project. With Traffic I attempted to achieve this concept.
Ross Loveday: Blue. - Carborundum, a technique where a mix of acrylic binders and carborundum grit are painted on to the surface of a plate and then inked as a intaglio plate. Its raised texture typically gives a deep tone, rich colour and strong emboss into the paper. - Drypoint is an intaglio technique where the image is drawn directly into the plate using a sharp drypoint tool. The resulting incised line has ridges of metal either side giving the characteristic rich blurred line.
