Brew a K Cup of your choice (let it cool to room temp after) 1/4 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 tbsp of PB2 powder 1 scoop of your fav. whey protein. Shake it up in your blender bottle, add ice enjoy ! Makes approx. 16 oz. You can use any flavor of protein, unsweetened almond milk, and PB powder (they make coco too). Its low in calories, sugar, its absolutely delicious...
