Recipe for fruit caviar: - 1/2 cup of vegatable oil (chilled in fridge) - 2g agar-agar - 150ml fruit juice (I used black currant juice)  1. Bring juice and agar to a boil in a small saucepan. 2. Let cool for about 5 minutes. 3. Pour oil into a glass. 4. Fill pipette (or syringe) with the mixture of juice and agar. Drop into a cold oil.  5. Remove caviar from the oil and rinse with water.
