Baked Barbecue Panko Tofu --This was truly GREAT! Crunchy and delicious without the mushy tofu texture. Be sure to use a THICK coat of sauce before you coat them in breading for full flavor. I would decrease the salt (or cut it out completely)
This is by far the best vegan tofu meatball that I have eaten, served alone or smothered with any of my favorite sauces. This makes an excellent dish as appetizer, with stroganoff, spaghetti dinner, or in a sub.
