I love oatmeal cookies that are thin, buttery and chewy, not thick and cakey. The Toronto Star named these the Best Oatmeal Cookie. I can't wait to make these and dunk them in a glass of milk! Not a good recipe!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies - Pinner did add raisins and did not bother chilling the dough or rolling into balls, or flattening with a fork. Just dropped rounded tablespoonfuls onto the greased cookie sheet and baked at 350 for 10 minutes and they were perfect!
