Best Jambalaya Recipe EVER! Quick and Easy too! I use about a pound of Chicken and one package of sausage and brown them in skillet. Then move to medium size pot and add 2 cans of French Onion soup, 1 cup of chunky salsa and boil. Once boiling add 3 cups of instant white rice, package of cooked and peeled shrimp, and 1 1/2 cup frozen peas. Stir well and cook for 5-10 minutes or until rice is tender, chickens fully cooked, and thick. Enjoy!
