Salmon and potato bake

Salmon and potato bake. This was delicious - just be sure to add your own seasoning as there isn't much detail around seasoning and it might otherwise be bland as the reviews mention. I used some fresh rosemary, oregano and parsley and topped with freshly ground pepper, turmeric and paprika. Also good for people like myself who might not love the taste of fish, but like fish for the health benefits. Nice balance of flavours. :)

I just this for the first time tonight and it was awesome I even splash a bit of cinnamon on top and drunk it warm. I will be drinking this again. The instructions data specify how often to drink it, so I'm thinking I will do it 3 to 4 times a week.
