Bought a load of beef shin and made Stifado, the easiest & tastiest stew in the world. You don't need to fry the beef, just throw all raw ingredients into a casserole, cover and cook in a low oven for 3 hours.
Beef Stew Seasoning Mix- This mixture was pretty tasty. I didn't put any rosemary or celery seeds because we didn't have any on hand, but we loved it. The recipe makes quite a bit so you can save it in a container for the next meal. Will use this again.
