I also recommend mixing the spaghetti and yolks when you have finished cooking the spaghetti, that is when they are still hot (just like normal carbonara...add the ham or pancetta (previously fried in oil) and the parmesan ; stick the whole thing in the tin and cook in the oven as indicated--voilà|
