Season inside of turkey with salt & pepper. Melt 1/2 c butter with sage & Worcestershire. Baste turkey & sprinkle with S&P. Roast @ 425 30 minutes. Reduce to 325°F, basting every 30 minutes until 165°F @ thigh nearest to thigh-hip joint. rest 20 minutes before carving. JUICY TURKEY TIPS 1.Brine your turkey. 2. Baste it with flavored butter. 3. Breast meat always dries out quicker than other parts of the turkey, so shield it with foil & remove it for the last hour to allow the skin to brown.
