Okay, I didn't follow this recipe exactly and ended up coating the fries with semolina instead of breadcrumbs, curry powder, seasoning salt and cayenne pepper but they were literally the best sweet potato fries ever. Really crispy, not at all soft, or bendy. definitely able to pick up with your fingers and dip in a sauce. Definitely will make again
Crème Brûlée - this is to die for! The best Creme Brulee I've ever had!! It's easy to make too.
